Frequently Asked Questions

Our full hookup sites are $375 per month plus electric.  Electric is around $100-150 per month depending on usage and time of year.  We charge a move-in deposit of $100 to pay for the last month electric and refund the difference when you move out.

Check in is any time after noon. Check out is anytime before 11:00 AM

Yes!  We love our furry friends!  Pets are welcome as long as you keep them on a leash and clean up after them. We do ask that you do not leave them unattended outside of your camper.

 Our sites can accommodate up to 50’ in length with slide outs on both sides.  These sites are not tightly packed and there is plenty of room!

Our sites are gravel drive with grass around.  We are in the midst of making some improvements around the park.  If you haven't stopped by in a while, we'd love to see you again!

Yes, children are welcome! For their safety we do ask that they are supervised by a parent at all times 

 Yes, the speed limit is 5 mph. We prefer you go even slower as there are children and people walking with pets.

We require 48 hour notice of cancellation, which is by Noon 2 days prior to your check in date. Without proper notice you will be charged for the first night of your reservation.

Short Term Stays (14 days)

• Reservations canceled more than 30 days in advance incur a $10 cancellation fee.
• Reservations canceled 14 days in advance of arrival will incur a $25 cancellation fee.
• Reservations canceled 14 days or less in advance of arrival will incur a cancellation fee of one night’s stay.

Long Term Stays (Monthly)

• Reservations canceled more than 45 days in advance incur a $10 cancellation fee.
• Reservations canceled more than 14 days in advance will incur a $25 cancellation fee.
• Reservations canceled 14 or less in advance of arrival will incur a fee of one night’s stay.
